SoccerLifer... your last post just proved you are a sore loser and not very smart about soccer. Most visiting teams who win the coin toss choose to get the ball thus leaving the home team the choice of the side of the field. If a visiting team is not used to playing at said field that is a huge advantage. But just like blaming refs or the other team for playing a certain way it is an excuse for getting beat.

 

And yes you will say that Fairview got beat by Knox Catholic and they shouldnt be there and you will say I told you so when you see the score but fact of the matter is they were playing and you were not. Move on.

ballbasher...it wasn't an excuse at all. It was YOUR excuse for Lipscomb losing. Don't put words in my mouth.

To date have refereed over 600 High School soccer games.  Most teams have consulted their keeper or coach before the coin toss and most choose a field position.  Very few choose the ball.
