Cascade at CPA

Sadly, Cascade's band won't be there this Friday.  They have to be on the field for the state competition early Saturday morning.  There are some pretty big, athletic kids in band though.  Maybe they can go help our football team! 

Really sorry to hear that the band won't be there... The Cascade band is a big part of who "we" are and they make the game a lot more exciting. I know that a lot of parents of band members won't be at the game because they will be at the completion on Sat also...  bummer...

I know. . It really is a shame.  The band is like part of the team and helps get the crowd going for the team.  My "little one" will also be missing Lady Champions basketball tournament on Saturday because of the band competition.  Hopefully we can bring back a trophy though!

Our band has only missed 2 FB games: one last year because of distance, and one earlier this year because we had a contest in St. Louis that we left for Friday afternoon

We will give it our best shot. That's all I can promise. The team has had a tendency to play their best against the toughest opponents. I hope that tendency continues tonight.
