Who is Sitting Out Basketball This Year?

I have heard of some great players that might not play their senior seasons. What is the scoop on:

Owens and Blackburn--Ezell

Healy and Jones--Boyd

Bowman--Notre Dame

Cole and Fordice--CCS

 

Any info? It will make it difficult for their teams if they decided not to play, all are excellent players.

No clue on Owens, Blackburn, or Bowman. I didn't know Jones from Boyd was even thinking of sitting it out. I know that Healy is prety much committed to not playing. Last I heard, Cole and Fordice were not playing either. This is all just hearsay though. Anyone know for sure?

I talked to Bowman this past Friday, and he told me he had decided to play after initially deciding to sit out in order to focus on his football career.

Do you know if the guys from CCS or Boyd will or will not play?

Alex Jones for Boyd is playing...not sure where you got that he wasn't. Last thing I heard Healy isn't, but I do not know for sure...

Hey, neither Dallas or myself are playing this year. We both want to focus on baseball because that is where our future is, plus there are a few other reasons which really swayed my decision. The guys will do fine though, I wish the players the best of luck, they know I still got their back.

Like Tyler said, we have both decided not to play this year mainly because of baseball reasons, but there were a couple of other reasons that figured into the decision as well. All of the players on the team are eager to play and will be working hard for the starting spots. I hope they do well this year.
