mattpitts Posted December 17, 2013 Report Share Posted December 17, 2013 Tune up workout for Dixie Nationals December 27 (10-2) Bring a snack or lunch Need an AAU or USA card Schedule 10:00-11:30 = Hard Drill / Sparring 11:30 - 12:15 = Break 12:15 - 2:00 = Live/Situations Should have a real good group of 50lb-110lb kids in the room. We'll keep the mats open for about an hour afterwards for those wrestlers that need to sweat off a little Christmas weight. This isn't going to be a run them in the ground, smashmouth kind of workout. Just a drill day with some live to get them ready to compete on Saturday/Sunday.
