What is meant by modified freestyle above?  Is this a folkstyle or freestyle tournament?

There will be one 3 minute period. Rules same as high school except:

 

The wrestler who scores takedown will have 10 to 15 seconds to turn opponent. If they do not, both wrestlers return to neutral position. If wrestlers wrestle out of bounds, they return to neutral position no matter the position they were in when they went out. There will be a 10 point tech fall, and sudden death overtime if there is a tie score.
