NotNoahHouck
Surprised by both of those, so it's Lexington @ Northside and Crockett @ Madison. Lex and NS played in the best of te west semifinal and NS won 2-1 in OT. NS was also missing seniors due to prom. I watched the game and Lexington got very lucky to score in that game
NotNoahHouck
Never said it was your fault. I just believe those power lines should eliminate that field as acceptable for play-offs....that and the sand pits in front of both goals. The presence of those power lines is just completely unacceptable. Those lines have too much influence on keeper punts and goal kicks. There is no Football coach that would allow that field to be used and Soccer in West TN should not have to accept sub-par fields either if we expect to compete with the rest of the State. The field is in really good condition now. The weather was detrimental to a lot of fields for many sports throughout the state. A lot of schools spent a lot of money on sod and other field enhancements. Our field looks really good now the sod has grown in amazingly well and there are a few spots with sand but not enough to disrupt play. (The spots should be gone by the boys season). The boxes were most the sand was now looks like the wings of the field, nice green grass. The only problem w/ the field is the power lines but there isn't a think we can do about that.
