tistheseason
Tyner is winles. Buts lets look at those losses. Shutout at Signal and Ooltewah. But they only scored 35 on this young team. Knox Catholic beat em decent... But it's Knox Catholic. The Hixson game was close. The Soddy game they actually put several points on the board. They just couldn't go point for point with Soddy offense. This is all pretty much the norm for a Wayne Turner team. Play tough opponents early to prepare for district games and that's when they perform. Unless we can really put some offense together I just don't see Tyner losing this game. We've played nobody close to the level of Signal, Knox , or Ooltewah. Now of course owls win with most of Centrals players .... Haaa. But we will see
fishheadspin
I have not heard anything to be overly excited about if you are looking for massive changes. at this point If we can block, line up correct, run the right routes, not fumble snaps cover a kick off, field an onside kick, and catch a punt, I will live with the play calling! tistheseason
Yea. I agree I can't really lay blame on the play calling. If the kids don't do their job that's not really the coaches fault Maybe he could try some different things but I don't know the things he knows. I'm not with these kids daily like he is. fishheadspin
oh I was not blaming the kids. coaching has to be better than it was against red bank. mistakes will be made but I hope we have learned from them....special teams has to play perfect and offense has to do something. defense will keep us in games but we really can not afford to screw up on punts kick offs and returns. Harrisonhellcat
Guys I'm not throwing blame anywhere. Facts are facts though. We have too many weapons to keep running the same 7-8 plays we have? I just think that he has to open it up more to allow out athletes a chance to succeed. He makes the opposing defensive coordinators job way too easy!

But we will see This game is a toss-up..could be decided by 7 or as much as 21(by either team)..turnovers will be a key factor..speed of teams will cancel each other out..Central has not beaten Tyner(on the field)in recent memory and have as good a chance tonight to do so..because next year "Rams" will be awesome!
