CCHS hasn't played to their potential all year due to all of the injuries. When you lose 8 starters throughout the year it is hard to be consistent. The last time they had their best team on the field was in the scrimmage against Westview. CCHS took that scrimmage 5-2. Westview couldn't move the ball and scored on 2 short fields after turnovers. CCHS can beat NSHS, but they will have to play better ball to do it and all the new guys in the lineup will have to step up. Good luck Eagles!!!

should be a very interesting game...i think NS has the better D and will mostly likely make enough plays to win the game

GREAT Defensive game by both teams. Should have been 14-0 CC at halftime, but left points on the field from bad play calling! CC is on the 2 yard line NS calls timeout CC shows trick play, comes back tries to run the same trick play NS stuffs it. Then, CC gets two penalties, backs them up to the 15, and gets FG blocked to end the half!

 

Too many penalties and turnovers for the Eagles! CC's defense forced 4 straight turnovers on 4th down in the 4th qtr after a fumble and 3 INT's! Congrats NS! One heck of a game though!

can't understand why CC had to play a 9-1 team in the 1st round...most district champs (CC) get to host a 4-6 or worst and most 9-1 teams (like NS) get to host...T$$AA at it's finest...CC principal is on the board at T$$AA...he needs to look into it...

Quad 4 had 4 district champs! That's why. So, it's all based on record, who you beat, and who they beat to sum it up... Geography really benefitted a team like the quad 3 #3 seed district runner up 5-5 team Lexington!
