How can the TSSAA continue to let this go on? 
 

I think it's because of Money.  The TSSAA knows that moving them to all Private's cuts down on Money.  How,because if it happens, all the Private's will start their own association.

Well said. I have always been for a total split...but CPA is a class team & school. They are just playing the hand they were dealt.
