I don't understand why the 113 pounder wasn't called pinned in OT. The video was at the perfect angle (same angle as the ref) and it couldn't have been a more perfect definition of a pin.

That would have been the 120 lb. match.

 

IMO, the pin the ref missed was at 106 lbs.  The ref started his hand action to slap the mat prior to the clock hitting 0:00.  The fall does not occur when the ref slaps the mat, the fall occurred when the ref saw the pin and started his action.  If there is a ref out there, could they please comment if this is true or not.  If this is true and the ref hits the mat after the clock strikes 0:00, does it still count as a pin because the ref recognized the pin and started his pin call prior to the clock hitting 0:00.

 

Also, disappointed in the number of back-ups for McCallie.  Some of these guys have been out for quite some time.  I hope they are OK.
