Since you like living in the past, do you remember Giles last year in the playoffs? Got more of a sense on how football works compared to you friend. And I don't care about how Giles beat Marshall last season. Not a fan of either. But I know that Marshall will win by 2 TDs or more Friday night. Too many athletes and better coaches. Not like it was 10 years ago. I'm sure we don't play Marshall because they are just a "stand up" program. Riite. As far as the comparisons, why compare running backs to each other? Compare running backs to run defense, etc. Page is a passing team, they will dink and dunk all night. QB is a good player tho, he can tuck and run. I just think Marshall has way more athletes. From what I have seen the last 2 years Page coaches have done more with less then any other coach in the region. Osteen is a great coach but he does have superior athletes that he is working with. Not sure they can be seen as over rated when they were picked to finish next to last in the region. I think both teams are deserving of the attention that they are getting. Having said that, they have little chance against the rule-bending and breaking Marshall Co, who got busted in a recruiting scam last summer, and sends varsity kids to JV games. Go braid some rocket keychains or something man You forget Hickman Co. & Lewis Co., teams that have beaten Marshall in recent years. Neither doing so well in 2A.
