From what I interpret, he's suggesting the Chattanooga area schools were more efficient/prodcutive in the matches they won. That doesn't equate to tournament points, per say, because tournament points also encompass total matches won. What he's saying, IMHO, is not a measurement of how good a team is at all. There are too many variables to consider.

 

I don't know if the writer, Chandler Morrison, was a wrestler or not. I am happy though, to see the coverage of HS wrestling.
