Lewis - Parsons

I haven't seen LC play this year but I have seen Waverly, Scotts Hill and Hickman Co. My opinion is Scotts Hill is the best team I've seen. The Waverly game against a weak EH team didn't show much because starters only played 1st half. Obviously the Tigers are good but Scotts Hill really impressed me Friday night.

Shhhh!!! We wouldn't want to "steal" a game or two, but it never hurts to fly under the radar a little bit. Lewis Co. has obviously improved, and Waverly beat us last season, when we had the best QB in the region...all we want is a first down...then another.

My point was that both of them teams are a combined 0-6 and hadn't come close to beating anyone[/quote. If Lewis only scored 36 on riverside what makes you think your gonna score 40 on Waverly

Lacesout that guy has no clue about football if he really thinks that. We will see one game at a time. We got to smash some bumble bees first

I expect the Scotts Hill game to be very challenging. Very impressive offense. Their quarterback is a handful.

Panthers offense has been impressive as well as no one has slowed them down a bit but, they have stopped themselves way too often. They won't have the luxury of committing 6-8 penalties or turning the ball over 2-3 times.

It will be an intriguing matchup for sure

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
