Does anyone know if Tate found that Losers Limp the he said the Bryant's left? Tate's a big joke and so is our powers to be.

Did not realize how good those Bryant boys were doing until now did we. 75% of his losses were to Pitt,Marion, signal and Norte dame. Pretty good programs that we were just not equal to . I bet he wish the director would of let him drop the tuff teams and get cupcakes like Tate is planning to do

That's what I look to see weak teams picked up. That may give the kids confidence, but you don't get better playing weak teams. The AD and the principal at the time were high on Tate...wonder what they think now.

    • Eagleville also loses Brown the catcher, Lamb CF, Mclemore RF (Heck of an athlete) and Drew the 1st baseman. They will be young.
    • Good thing we aren’t in Florida then huh? It would benefit a ton of the smaller schools  that don’t have the pools of kids to choose from! They should start by policing Shelby County like they do the rest of the state! Something has to change though and TSSAA knows that!
    • Correct, you can whimsically be fired in coaching. A coach that has tenure can stay on as a teacher if released from coaching. If you don’t have tenure as a teacher, you can fired without cause. Your last year as a teacher before tenure is earned you can be fired, but must be given cause. A tenured teacher can be fired, but it is a long hard process requiring the 3 D’s…. documentation, documentation and documentation. I have released 3 tenured teachers, 2 with PHD’s. However, teacher contracts had and still have clauses that state you can be fired for a variety reasons re: being arrested, public drunkenness, inappropriate relationships ect.
    • Hopefully you’re not signing off for good. There are a lot of Oak Ridge fans that appreciate your comments.
    • Florida tried urban/rural split two years ago. 4 urban classes, 4 rural classes. Didn’t work. Next year they will have 7 regular classes, 1 urban class for small schools only.
