Just heard YAI will be at Cookeville next week for a scrimmage.  Not sure of a time I'll post it when I find out.  At least we aren't scrimmaging single A teams like the past couple years. Here's hopi

Grundy cancelled their scrimmage for today due to weather but will scrimmage Moore county next week I think. As for Grundy dropping Marion county teams that's completely false. Marion county and south

You can say what you want about us playing ezell Hickman and cascade but it's ball games.. just hope that they don't pull a Bryant coaching problem by losing to the teams they should blow out and getting blown out by teams they shoulda or coulda beat.

Yeah with  that  tough schedule probably won't  get a ticket one team had one win because of a  forfeit

Sequatchie did a lot better on Saturday night vs Whitwell, after being held to very little and rarely stopping Soddy Daisy on Thursday. 11 on 11 time was limited but during varsity they drove inside the 10 by play 10 before the drive ended and scored near the end of the scrimmage . Allowed a JV score but none in varsity. They're still adjusting to graduations, injuries, and some deciding not to play (either deciding this year or past years) but they're showing some improvement.

      Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.

      Now that wouldn’t surprise me a bit. That has been going on heavily since the days of Larry Kerr @ AC. One of the major reasons CC has never really had much at all, barring about 2 seasons in football. AC milks it dry.

      Interesting how quite it is. Rumors are going around that Anderson County is being looked at by TSSAA for recruiting violations with the Campbell County transfers.

      I heard from a member of the teaching staff that there has been a dispute over use of the game field between football, and girls lacrosse team. Girls had a game and wanted to warm up and football coaches did want to leave. The football coaches came down hard with some bad vulgar language and the girls lacrosse backed down. What a classy act BHS athletics has become.
