This certainly will be a great match-up between 2 very talented basketball players. I think O.S. will come out on top because of their overall talent. Should be a great year for the Lady Bobcats.

OS led by 20 plus points for most of 3rd and 4th quarters before Buley and Hall put on an scoring exhibition.

 

Buley ended with 34 points, Hall had 32.

OS had some jitters early, but once they turned it on they looked really good. The bench really impressed me with the energy they provided. It's only one game, but it was a good way to start for the Lady 'Cats because it looked like that group really has good chemistry.

will os be sucessful if there is not balance in the scoring

I don't have the exact #'s but I'd say that Hall shot better than 50% last night while Buley was probably in the 30's. OS does have balance though, last night six players scored six points or more and nine players had at least four rebounds. Granted Hall is the leader, but they have seven other players that have the potential to score in double figures and that is what makes them dangerous is the balance besides Hall. If Hall gets hurt or in foul trouble it will get interesting though because I'm not sure they have a quality backup at the point. Last night three other girls ran some at the point, but their ball-handling and decision making needs to improve.
