This match up is for the little brown jug which is kept by the team that wins the last game. Some additional info;

*This is the 97th year since the 1st game between HC and LC

*LC holds a 45-29-2 advantage

*The avg. score for the games is 19 LC to 12 for HC

*They didn't play in 1923-31, 79-81, 97/98, 2001/2002

*There are no records for 32-41 (if anyone from HC has them that would be great)

*In 1942-43 LC had no team because of WWII

*They have play twice in the same year 5 different years 1935/45/46/2007/2012 LC is 6-3-1 in those games

*Largest margin of Victory; HC 48 in 1971 by a score of 62-14 / LC is 45 in 1927 with a score of 51-6

*LC has been shut out 10 times and HC has been shut out 18 times

For us old timers this is an exciting game with our neighbors to the North. Many of us have friends and family from HC. Good luck to all and I hope that it is a good, clean injury free game for both.

The exact word I would use. Dominated every aspect of the game. This was the most complete game LC has played all year. Back to region play next week.
