Nothing surprises me.   Glad mine graduated and moved on as did I.   Same as the softball coach shoulda been had what happened anywhere else he woulda been fired that day.  One has to wonder about the decision making process of the AD.  No worries, I'll refer to previous post - he'll b promoted to Principle soon and she'll take AD position.   Watch and see.

what violations? Softball has been a well run program for years.

That was a question hence the "more violations?"    None according to the TSSAA.   More of a extremely bad judgement used.  They know.   Heck, everyone knows.    Annual budget increases to buy more brooms to sweep it all under the rug.

Substandard performance rewarded.  You'll see.  Maybe not next year but as soon as there's an opening at HS these 2 cogs will inch forward into new roles and the paper will say something like "great leadership" "visionary" "ability to shape young lives" blah blah blah.  She won't quit (get promoted) till next years team is a bad memory and now that there's only 5 teams in her district she might go to a regional game twice in a row.   Small victories I guess.   Commensing countdown down engines on.

Why does Warren Co. Coach schedule camps and practices around post player? Another in starting lineup goes on vacation and they loose their starting spot. Hmmm didn't your star post(your mentality-noone elses) go on vacation IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SEASON????? No penalty AT ALL.

Why is there a double standard? Oh that's right YOU PAY HER. Question is are you allowed to pay a player?

How about players being questioned for coach bullying them? How did AD get her out of that?

How about punishing a varsity player to the point of being hospitalized? Again how can AD get her out of that?

At what point does the treatment of players come first? Yes record worse than any in Warren county history but the mental state of these girls and physical state have to be priority.

Not sure about the Warren County problems etc, sounds like parents don’t like things going on.  But one thing for sure the Cookeville team is the dirtiest playing team I have seen this summer, some of the excessive stuff that is being allowed is not good representation of that program.

Surely not taking the team to those 2 schools to showcase her white ball players.   All objectivity lost.   What happened to Trevecca that was so interested?   Came, saw mediocre play, left.   Of course, they’ll take 6ft average player over most players any day of week.   Hope coaches dream team senior season turns into a last year coaching nightmare.   O no no no I’m a Rocket Man.

Heard another asst coach dismissed from Lady Pioneers basketball debacle.   Replacement is soccer coach not sure she ever played b-ball.   Par for the nightmare this program has become.   Those girls deserve a better HS sports experience.
