Player development comes in practice...

I agree, player development comes with and in practice. So, you are saying that those girls who are sitting over there watching a 40 point blowout shouldn't have a chance to play because they aren't a regular rotation player? Lets keep in mind those are players that will be the starters next year and will be on the receiving end of those 40 point blowouts. Just asking.
