Use a liquid such as neats foot oil to water proof your glove one time only, more than once and it might start to get heavy. Put two baseballs in the glove to shape it and wrap it up with an ace bandage. I've even gone as far as to sleep on it when I needed to break it in quick. Catch with it often and use a cream such as mink oil or saddle soap, just a thin layer in the pocket and places that you missed with the liquid. Wrap it up after each use and within two weeks, you with have the perfect shape. Always place your glove open and pocket down when not in use or keep two baseballs in it when traveling. Good Luck! :)
