When are the Sullivan County Directional Schools going to consolidate?  When will new school open?

I heard it's now going to be 2021-2022 before they get it built and open, but that's coming from a lowly peasant so who knows.

Officially it is still opening for the 2020-2021 school year.  I am guessing that it'll get pushed back one year (no telling how much money will be owed because now North will not be sold yet.... I guess North kids will be going to South for 1 year) and the middle school hasn't even begun construction and it is supposed to open this August.  No way that is happening.
