Celina 54-Gordonsville 47

A good ball game with Gordonsville's girls staying close throughout. A TIGHTLY officiated ball game with 18 fouls called in the first quarter alone. It probably would have been closer with Gordonsville maybe even pulling the upset but the Tigerettes had somewhere between 20 and 25 turnovers. It's hard to tell from this game if Gordonsville is a little better than expected or Celina is not quite as good as expected.

We were cold from the field thoughout the game and we came out flat but a win's a win I guess. Gordonsville did look a little better overall from last year though.

sam4vol,holly had a good all around game and lead scoring with somewhere near 25 points and as for brittney replacement it is stephanie rich a young lady that has moved back here from florda.

She only had around 15 against Gordonsville, she had 24 or 25 against DA.

Gordansville must have played a good game against Celina. Friday night's match-up with the Owlettes could be an interesting one. The Owlettes are playing hard and hungry for a win. It may just come at the Tigerettes expense.

How did the Lady Owls do against Macon Co.
