My vote is for JaCobi Wood from Cleveland High School. We ALL know he is an amazing basketball player but an even better person off the court. He has a 3.9 GPA and will have a successful career in anything he desires to do. My Mr. Basketball vote = JAW

Jacobi Wood is a prime example of Mr. Basketball. He is an on and off the court LEADER! He puts GOD first with everything that he does. His stats shows how much of an unselfish player that he his. He is someone that everyone would love to have as a team mate. He is very coachable. He has the knowledge and skills to play at the highest level of basketball. This is why I think he should be honored this award.

Jacobi Wood is the clear winner. He has lead his team to an undeafeated record and has had two 50+ point games this year. He is the epitome of a student athlete.
