FORREST AT LAWRENCE CO

Last year Forrest toyed with them. 20-0 early in 2nd, 27-0 early in 3rd, and 37-0 by early 4th.  Recap

Not this year. Lawrence gave up 35 to Loretto but scored 50. Forrest gave up 7 on a kickoff return but only scored 18. 

Will it be a grinder, or a shootout. The former favors Forrest. The latter doesn't.

Going with Forrest after two losses they have something to prove and get back on track

This got zero pop this week. I get why. Forrest has been down and with the McClendon injury, I think everyone is hesitant to talk actual sports. 

That said, this should be a close competitive game. I am picking Lawrence 28-21. I think it will be a little higher scoring than Forrest has the bandwidth for. Should be good tho. Barring something unforeseen I'll be posting updates.

Pulling for the Rockets to pull out a victory!  Maybe not just for them but for the McClendon kid.  He, more than likely, would want them to give it all they had and to come away with the victory.  But, still praying for him to get well.

Any update as to how he is doing?  I know a lot of the businesses around Chapel Hill and Lewisburg have been doing some type of "fundraiser" to help out with expenses.

He's awake. I really don't know much else. I don't live in Chapel Hill and I don't have any social media. Couple of people keep me posted. It's been a quiet week. Eerie in a way.

Stream having all sorts of issues already. 3 crashes. Lawrence starts out on offense.

DPI on Rockets. Lawrence 1st down Forrest 47.

4th and 3 entire rockets D has Carr cornered, he reverses and gains 11. He's got footwork that no Rocket has. He's gonna control this game if Forrest doesn't adjust quickly.
