Fayetteville will be 1A. The cutoff is a few schools above them. Put Fayetteville back in Region 5 1A, and I think you've got that one.

 

Community is likely going to be 3A, a few schools above that cutoff. Cascade could be moved to Region 5 2A to bring that one up to six schools since Community won't be there. Cascade has had a bad geographic fit with Region 4.

There isn't a set cut-off number for any DI classification. 

Each DI class will be divided equally by the number of football playing schools.

Ex.  If there are 300 DI football playing schools each class 1A - 6A would each have 50.

300 ÷ 6 = 50.

The largest school in each classification 1A- 5A will be what is used for the enrollment cut-off numbers for any new school coming on board after the classifications are set for the next two years.
