Greeneville set the standard for 4A football in East Tennessee for many years.  They actually helped Elizabethton become a much better team.  EHS coaches knew their team had to become bigger, stronger, more physical, and more aggressive and challenged their players to meet the Devils standard.  Thanks to a new weight room and an upgraded weight & conditioning program, the benefits have paid off for the players in the past 27 straight games.  Winning breeds confidence.  I expect another physical battle Friday night in Betsy.
