If Forrest had Eagleville's coaching the last 4 seasons we'd have a trip to semis and prolly have a shot at one this year also. They don't make dumb mistakes usually. But they dont have the horses to play 4Q against most playoff caliber opponents

Dresden got ball first. Marches down field, scores TD. idk if pat good or not (the online feed messed up & glitched, cut out at that moment.) So it’s either 6 or 7 to 0.

It 7-0. Dresden held Eagles to a quick possession, had to punt, Lions back with ball & on the move.

Uhgg. Lions still getting waaaaay too many penalties. 7-0 after one. .. A few plays into 2nd Dresden scores, pat good, 14-0 Lions rolling. (Tigers up 18-0 over Gleason in 1st)

Lions held Eagles again, we took punt, moved ball, just scored a TD which was called back for ANOTHER penalty. .. uhggg. Lions heavy on the run, a few short screens, one long 30yd pass.. mainly ground & pound. .. Lions score again, pat good, 21-0 in 2nd. (26-0 Fayetteville cruising. Looks like Dresden may be headed their way next week. Time will tell).

Lions score again.. 28-0 in 2nd. .. All Fayetteville over poor Gleason, 34-0 so far. Lake County winning.. Humboldt is also winning.

Halftime at Rotary field, 28-0. .. Radio says Fayetteville already playing their reserves. They training their troops for the future. Tigers now up 42-0 in first half. They go for two point pat’s.. Lions have a kicker.

So far the higher seeds are rolling, except for #1 undefeated Memphis Middle College is getting beat by 3-6 #4 seed Humboldt, 8-0 so far. Could region 7 W.TN country guys sweep the big city slicker Memphis teams? Time will tell.. might happen.… Fayetteville gets second half kickoff. Dresden D has not allowed them but a few first downs. Total domination both sides of ball. Our guys are in their backfield more than their guys are… not a good night to be an Eagle.

Turnover on downs. Eagles got to midfield (gifted with Lion penalties!) but we finally stopped them. Lions ball.

Lions have probably given the Eagles more yards via penalties than they’ve earned themselves. Dresden does this from here on out they’ll be causing their own exit. .. We do score AGAIN on this possession, an Eagles penalty to be tacked on at kickoff. Dresden rolling at 41-0.
