Livingston's Rule on Noise Makers

At the Livinsgton vs. Cookeville game the other night 2 of Cookeville's fans were almost thrown out because of their hand held plastic megaphones. Can someone clarify this rule, because this school offical diden't threaten to have them removed until the 2nd game, but they were there for over 2 hours at that point and no one

had told them on entry that they were not allowed. Any clarity someone can give would be apperciated.

if they were just yelling through them it is ok but if they are banging them on the floor or anything else it is against the noise violation

The fans were just yelling through them, and they werent really plastis they were more like rolled up peices of poster board.

Artifical noice-makers of any kind are prohibited according to the TSSAA. It is ok for the cheer squad to have mega phones but they can not pass them to the crowd for fans to use.
