It's based on travel time and keeping regions relatively even. Southside and Northside both same county, district, and few miles apart split into completely different regions. TSSAA doesn't care about that stuff.

A couple schools moved up to 4A but  nothing huge. No real changes to 4A.

Region 1 and 2 will still run things for the most part. Mostly region 1.

It may be close to madisonville but loudon is literally just 1 city away from Knoxville  that region is much more fitting for loudon. Sequoyah is justified bc they are only one county from state line so them being in the Chattanooga region makes more sense.
