Guest wchsalumni
I think it's quite an accomplishment. Im not quite sure how often that a player can score a 1000 points in a a career let alone this early in their career. I think Randal Harrell is a very underappreciated athlete in terms of just how much hes accomplished in his tiem for the Pioneers. Not only has Randal surpassed expectations on the basketball cout, he is also a model citizen. Mr. and Mrs. Harrell should be very proud! Surf4life
Science Hill has a number of players who have accomplished this big goal. I know Rob Love hit the mark last year for the Hilltoppers and was inducted into the 1000 pt. club. I don't know who has the most career pts ever at SH but if I guessed I think it's JoVann Johnson or Shane Williams. Someone who actually knows correct me if I'm wrong. 1cougarfan
I was saddened to read that one of Sullivan Central's all-time great players Steve Rutledge has passed away. He was 5th all-time career points leader with 1506. The Rutledge led Cougars made it all the way to the state semi's in 1975 losing to Memphis Fairly. He will be missed.
