Bobcat SS Bowman "real deal"

Recently, I saw where the top SS prospects were listed for East Tennessee. However, omitted from that list was Knoxville Central High SS Zac Bowman. Bowman(a junior), is already being sought by SEC schools, and is also a pitching ace for the Bobcats. Better than average power, with a quick swing is Bowman's M.O. Probably not drafted out of high school, but a couple of years at the collegiate level will only enhance his skills. Well coached, and fundamentals are very sound.

I have seen Zach play and he is an outstanding player. He has great hands at short and has outstanding power at the plate.

I, too have see Zac play. He's probably the best SS in east Tennessee.....fast with great hands. He is fast enough to be an outstanding outfielder and tops out at over 90 (verified by scouts during tournament at Carson-Newman) when pitching.

 

He's got the tools. It wouldn't suprise me if he was drafted out of high school.

SIZE AND (ARM) SPEED. THEY WILL LOOK AT HIM AT THIRD

INSTEAD OF SHORT, AND THAT MAY BE WHERE HE PLAYS AT CHS

BEFORE HE GRADUATES.
