Rumor has it that Chuckie Lindholm will be transfering to DB to QB the tribe next year. If this happens, I hope Joey Christian has good home owners insurance because the locals in Church Hill would be none too happy.

At the end of last season, everyone seemed to think that the QB for this year would be an upcoming junior named Duran Ferguson. He is about 6'1" or 6'2" and weighs about 220. He is not the fastest kid in the world, but I have seen him throw and he has an absolute cannon for an arm. That is the last I heard, and I have heard nothing about Chucky Lindholm tranferring into town. It definitely would not be a bad move on his part seeing as how he is an incredible athlete. If that happened, then who knows, but I do know that this Ferguson kid can sling a football and we'll see how he handles it if he is the new QB a Dobyns-Bennett. That's all I know.

I don't care who is comming in. Freshman year when I played with Ferguan (duran) and Lamon Williams, we went 9-0 we threw more than any other freshman team ever at DB. It is incredible to see ferguson launch the ball to Lamon. Perfect spiral over the shoulders everytime. it's an atotmatic play, considering the speed and height. A go route everytime just run the sidelines perfect pass and. . . . .TOUCHDOWN Kingsport Dobyns Bennett Indians. Watch and wait.

ryan, do you remember your game with jeff.co? DB pulled it out in the 2nd half (8-7). lamon got behind the secondary for a long td pass and then ran a reverse for the 2pt try. not to scare you, DB's seniors this year were destroyed by jeff when they were freshman (30-0). jeff's seniors, houston#5, clement#7, jennings#6, brown#9--the guy who burnt DB's secondary in the qtr's, and several other quality players are returning this year. DB will have its hands full in beating jeff this year. furthermore, it is very likely that these two teams will meet again in the qtr's this year.

For the record, he started the last game of his freshman year and all as a sophomore. He is happy where he is and is not likely to end up at DB. But, stranger things have happened.
