Need help on District Seeding Rules

How is District seeding determined when two teams have the same record and split head to head?

It might vary from district to district, but typically here is how it works.

 

If Team A and Team B finish in a tie for fifth and they have split during the regular season, you look at the record against the first place team. If both A and B lost to the first place team twice, then you go to the second place team. If they both split with the second place team then you look at the third place team. If team A split with the third place team and B lost twice, then A gets the fifth seed and B gets the sixth seed. I hope that makes sense.
