Obion County job open?

I just read on the T.S.S.A.A. web page that Obion County was taking applications for a Head Football Coach. What happened to the guy that was there? They had a pretty good season this year. Did he take another job?

Chris Hill had the opportunity to go to his alma mater in Morrilton, Arkansas and decided to take the job.

If they are smart they will take a long look at Coach Greg Brewer from Marion County. He is a former head caoch that will bring a solid defense, great disclipline and a ton of energy to that program. He was a finalist for the head coaching job at Coffee County.

They selected Bill Price who has a big name and that was one of their main concerns

They are taking applications through March 12, but Im not sure they are looking too seriously outside of the program. The team needs consistency right now and they could end up giving the job to a current assistant. If they do go outside the program, the candidate would most likely have to be successful at throwing the ball. A guy running a Power-I or Wing-T wont get the job. Nothing is set in stone at this point, but we should know in the next couple of weeks.

if the new coach is named for within the current staff and plans to keep on gunning it,hopefully some sort of running game will be installed,and the use of a tight end would be nice as well.

but whatever system is ran we rebel backers will support it!!!!!
