Mt. Juliet Varsity Upsets #2 Seat

Mt. Juliet (13 and 14)faced #2 seated LaVernge (20 and 4)in round one of the district tournament and overcame a 9 point deficit at halftime to win by 4. Officiating was quite frustrating but the Bears kept pawing and pulled it out!

It was pure luck, there is no way they should have won !! But hey they did so they are moving on. I hated to see my boys go out like that. Good Luck Bears , make some noise

i dont agree wit ur statement on it bein luck , b/c mj has the players to be a #1 team , and now that it is district time they are ready to play like a # 1 bball team . i mean mj played their hearts out last night and they came out wit the win , and they r plannin to do the same to gallatin

i would just like to thank all the 99% of those people who said that mt juliet couldnt beat lavergne bc we used that as motivation.
