FORREST BEAT MOORE COUNTY FRI IN THE CASCADE TOURNEY 5-1 IN A 5 INNING GAME. BART JOYCE PITCHED ALL INNINGS AND DID GREAT JOB FOR FIRST OUTING. FORREST PLAYS COMMUNITY AT 11AM SAT THEN CULEOKA AT 3PM GO ROCKETS

Forrest handed Community a loss (4 or 5 to one) and Culleoka was like 11 to 0 (Rockets won that one, too). Freshman Jeremy Lamb pitched against Community while sophomore Bubba Hughes handled the Culleoka team. Forrest opens tonmorrow at Page at 4:00. Go Rockets! The JV also spanked Community scoring like 13 runs in 2 innings. Mikie Minor pitched that one for the Rockets.

Forest might have Beat Moore Co 5-1, but MC's pitcher gave up 13 or 14 walks.

why is forrest bragging about being so "awesome"? if u are beating teams like community and cascade less than 10 runs what's the big deal? anybody could do that.. if u beat somebody that is actually good, like 2 or 3 a teams, then u can brag. maybe i'm wrong and your right, maybe you are pretty good, but we'll see in the reg season and how far u go. good luck to you though.

Forrest has not played Cascade yet this year, so there is no way they could have beat them. Cascade played Shelbyville, Eagleville, Symrna and Richland this weekend.
