Lexington has many good freshman this year. Most of them are on the Varsity team. Seth Parrish is a freshman pitcher who is #4 in the starting rotation. He is 5-0 on the year and pitches tonight against the Haywood Tomcats. Jonathan Keck is another good freshman who is starting Varsity hitting in the DH spot with a batting average of around 600 on the year.

Jcm's Michael Panthofer is one of the best freshmen out there. he is now has a record of 5-1. With an era of 1.45. By the way his only loss was not his fault. jcm made 7 errors. giving up 7 unearned runs. he also through a no-hitter aginst Trenton. two walks away from a perfect game.

I would say by far that Ooltewah High School has the Best Freshman in total. They have 4 that start varsity. Zack Woods who plays short stop and is in the Top 5 in battin average in Chattanooga. As well as John Howard who pitched and starts at third base and Kyler Burke who is the DH and leads the team in Homeruns and he is just a freshman. As well is Timothy Marcomb who is filling in for the best sophomore catcher in the state of Tennesee named Brad Loy.

Panthofer (JCM) is a solid pitcher. he will be an exellent pitcher as a jr/sr if he make good progress. I have seen also how good Tony Delmonico(Farragut) is. Son have Ron Delmonico (UT Coach). I saw him play at Tullahoma and and he was very impressive. Josh Liles (USJ) is also a very talented underclassmen, but he's not even that yet. He is in the 8th grade!

ALCOA HIGH SCHOOL HAS THE BEST GROUP OF FRESHMEN VARSITY STARTERS. GRAHAM MYERS, JACOB SHMABLIN, MARTIN WHITE, AND DUSTIN LINDSEY. AS OF RIGHT NOW MYERS AND SHAMBLIN ARE 2 AND 3 IN THE ROTATION AND BOTH START IN THE OUTFILED WHEN NOT PITCHING. MARTIN WHITE PLAYS FIRST BASE AND DH'S AND IS HITTING IN THE 5TH OR 6TH SPOT. DUSTIN LINDSEY ALSO STARTS IN THE OUTFIELD FOR THE TORNADOES. ESPECT A LOT FROM THIS GROUP OF YOUNGSTERS, AND THEY ARE THE BEST FRESHMEN CLASS AROUND!!!!!!!

The Justice twins from OSHS could be special if they could control their emotions at all one is a C and other 3B/1B. Brent Kelly looks to have a bright future ahead of him he seems to have avg velocity, good curve, fast ball has some movement, and for the most part hits his spots. There are a few more freshmen that have pretty good futures ahead of them from OS as well.
