Crosby or Pennington; who's better?

Good piont, tehy are both awesome wrestlers, and they proved that at state, Crosby was the better man that day, but then look at nationals and see how good pennington did. So thats a horrible question, b/c it cant be answered

well to the point "matrat" brought up.... crosby got a worse draw than pennington did. Sometimes the tournament results depend on the draw they get in tournaments like that! so you can't really judge who was better in that tournament unless they were to face each other which they didn't so i guess the answer for that will have to be crosby unless changed in a future match if ever they meet again!

A good question JW - Why is this being brought up? Your question was supposedly answered at Chattanooga. You cannot compare the results in Chattanooga with those of Ohio. They did not wrestle each other in Ohio. So, again this question: Why is this being brought up? Is it because Crosby did not do as well in Ohio as expected and we are trying to reasurre people around that he is "the best"? Come on, let it rest. He was the better man that day, even Pennington politely said so.

It's being brought up because this is a chat site and it is not a bad topic...although (I agree) somewhat untimely.

 

As for the question being decided in Feb, the difference was a disk flip.

 

The comparison of the last tournament results, while more impressive for Pennington, are not applicable since they didn't wrestle each other or have common opponents (right?).

Let this dog die!!!! If it is to be decided then let them both go to the Nationals in Fargo, and maybe they both will compete against each other. If not that then let them meet in College and let the results stand for themselves.
