Softball Clinic

The Lady Patriot Softball team is hosting a clinic Sat. May 3 at the Page High Softball fields for the ages of 8-14 from 8:00am-12:00. Registration will be from 7:00-8:00am. The cost is $35 and all participants will receive a free t-shirt. The clinic will be run by Valen Cooper with the help of the head and assistant coach along with the players of the team. We will go over in detail: baserunning, hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding.

What kind of equipment do the future softballers need to bring with them?

The girls should bring there own equipment--bats and gloves. Catchers should also bring there catching gear.

Valen Cooper is not making any money off of this clinic. At Page High School, seniors must complete a comprehensive Senior Project that involves a 10 page paper, portfolio, product, and presentation over the entire process. The clinic is Valen's product for her year long project titled "Coaching Philosophies." Valen is not and can not make a cent off of this endeavor. This would be in direct violation of the Senior Project. All the money that is earned will be going directly into the softball program at Page High to help out with various expenses.
