Columbia is now 6-6 in the district..and 15-16 overall, just thought i'd make the update

All the seeds are set except for the two and three seeds. Big games tomorrow night. A Tullahoma win or a Shelbyville loss will give Tullahoma the 2 seed. Will be a very interesting district tournament. Meeting Wednesday will decide the bracket that will be used. The first bracket that was drawn up was awful, much like the College World Series where a team in the loser's bracket jumped back up to the winner's bracket. It didn't make much sense. Expect them to go a similar bracket as softball uses, giving the one and two seeds the byes. But as we all know you can throw seeding out the window when it comes to this district tournament.

Congrats to CC for winning the district. Looks like the Tullahoma Wildcats and Columbia are both hot. I see one of those two winning the tournament. If CC wins the tourney, who gets the other region bid, the 2nd place tournament team or Tullahoma (2nd place regular season) :confused:

The second place team in the tournament would then get the other region bid. Of course, the winner of the tournament hosts a region game, so if Coffee County does not win the tourney they will go on the road in the region. Should be a good one. Can someone post the schedule of the tourney when they get all the info. Thanks.

Columbia vs Shelbyville starts the tourney at 1:00 Sat

Then I believe it is;

 

Lawreence Co vs. Tullahoma

 

Then followed by;

 

Franklin Co/Lincoln Co. vs Coffee Co.
