Janet Laws actually posts on here often. She's my cousin. She will be a freshman next year and she's a very talented girl. You'll come to know her and love her as you watch her play for the next four years. The only problem is that she's considering attending FRA next year, instead of Franklin, but odds are that she'll end up at FHS. Go Rebels!!! B)

What club team does Janet Laws play for?

Franklin vs. Brentwood

If you go to any sport you'll see the competition! Stands are packed with people who attend FHS or BHS and also the parents. The game between these two schools is basicly the game of the year. No one likes to lose, but they definantly dont want to lose to there #1 enemy! Franklin and brentwood compete in every sport. They beat us in football i give them that and they were very good. Last year Franklin beat Brentwood in girls soccer. The schools are talented in every sport. Its who comes on top in the end is who the best is. This year will be a very good battle and i cant wait to see the results. It has been the biggest game of every year and i doubt its going to stop now. Centennial is also a big game but they need to come on strong to have a competition like Franklin vs. Brentwood!

Keeping things in perspective...I know Baylor vs. GPS is HUGE....Franklin vs. anybody is not legit, but franklin is so good I can easily see the point. Obviously, every area has a rivalry, but Father Ryan (a mix of different economic backgrounds) vs. Harpeth Hall (predominantly high income backgounds) is a fight and a good one at that....a great rivalry FRHS vs. HH...two great schools and lots of great girls....GO IRISH

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
