just like to know your thoughts on who will make playoffs. what's your thoughts about gibbs, scott, LC ,loudon ,and kingston. due any of these have a shot at being better than ac, ae, and fulton.

Are you crazy? Fulton, A.E, and A.C. will always be the teams to beat in this region. Fulton will reload this year. They will have a balanced "O" and a smothering "D". Falcons will fly high again.

i dont think im crazy last year I seen scott give ae and ac all they could handle. i just think a team could step up and take one of the three places

Well, I don't see Fulton being at the top this year along with AC and AE. AE should finish 1st with AC finishing second. My sleeper this year will be LC. I think they will be the 3rd place team this year. Fulton should be at the bottom of the pack!

i don't think fulton will drop that far down they wont be as good as they where last year but i dont think they will be that bad. But thats just what i think

I agree with CCCHSJETs, but I think your 3, 4, and 5 teams might be a little different. Having Fulton at the bottom is where I have them.

my opinion....

AE - has a lot of depth. O line will be very improved but lost O line coach Resnick to Oak Ridge. Also lost def. coordinator and LB coach to Oak Ridge. Both will be missed badly. But LB has Knoxville legend ( Coach Walker -Fulton great and brother of UT legend the belated Jackie Walker). The O line coach is former coach Hensley. If the kids adjust to new coaches AE should be fine.

AC - This is not a joke or to bad mouth there program, but AC has some new transfers that will help their O-line tremendously. I think they came from Campbell County. Please someone help Campbell County so their players will stay. It is making it hard on us in region 2. Along with Sanders and boys they will be tough this year.

Loudon - I see them upsetting someone and being tied with Fulton. I see Fulton losing to someone out of region which will give them the nod for number 3. Have to beat Sweetwater though. And that is not easy.

Fulton - Early losses can hurt them. Expectations and pressure may cause the young players to choke some early games. Should get back on track and establish their own identity. That is the key..They are not the 2002 Falcon. Don't make the same mistake AE made and try to be the identity of the team before.

Scott- great QB and surprising team speed. Been in the cellar to long. Will when games they should but tough to beat the established programs. Also a lot of expectations put on them this year due to one very good player.

Kingston - never never never count them out. They do play a tough out of region schedule with Oliver Springs,etc. etc.

Lenoir City - may get in by default of the bottom three.

No matter what happens I'm sure coach Stevens at Austin-East won't be underestimating any opponents this season, and the band will travel to ALL the games.

If the O line can get the job done and the defense can tackle, you guys will have a good team. Your coaches have a good relationship with Stevens and his staff.The head coach is enthusiatic. He will do well. He told Stevens that he is having trouble getting them to work out. Stevens said competition and wins will get them out. This could be a good year for them. if they get a winners attitude. I see a change in them already. Must keep working and not get complacent during the dead period.

i think scott could open alot of eyes if u dont watch out they have alot to prove this year.

kingston will be down this year but theyll get in with fulton loseing 20 seinors and i heard they lost cobb

headhunter69.... great name... I know a girl that ...never mind! But is that true about the transfer lineman. Me personally... I have no problems. If they are doing it legally it doesn't matter. Did they lose a lot of players on the line? I hear Sanders is hurt. And may not ever be the same after surgery. The RUMOR is he was on steroids and is now having back complications because of it. I don't know but I would hate if this nasty rumor gets out and is not true and labels this young man. He is a heck of a ball player to me. As the boys from AE said he got moves like a brother.
