I have a friend who runs for Baylor and he says that their whole team is planning on winning state next year. He said Webb returns everybody, but their coaching is inferior; McCallie is overhyped; and Bumbalough will only get 2nd this next year. Please tell me he is joking. I can't believe all this stuff.

Personally, I think if you're training to do anything other than win state something is wrong. Why would you go into a situation expecting to lose? I really like Baylor's coaches and their runners. It's the same way I would approach their situation, and I'd challenge my team to prove it. What your friend told you probably wasn't meant to be shared with anyone else. I'll bet you Baylor believes it though. Good for them.
