Region Champs?

Who do you all think will win your region this year. I think it will be pretty tough between us and Bradley but i'm confident that we will come out on top!

Yeah your right it will be close it could go either way but since I go to Bradley I will say Bradley will win it this year.

Well when you compare our teams I think we stack up alot better. Right now Mike, Suhmer and I are in front of you and Draino isn't too far behind. Plus we have been training like beasts=tired.. Our fifth guy should step up pretty soon. It will be interseting.

Well I am not going to talk anything yet cause I am really not sure where we are at at this point but we will be much better than last years 5th place at state. We should have atleast 3 under 16:20 and maybe another that fast and one under 16:45.

Well your boys better start training.. May I ask who your three under 16:20 are goingto be?

What makes you think we haven't been training? We are not going to let everyone know how good or bad we are doing. I think the 3 under 16:20 will be myself, Jorome Robison, and Kyle McDowell. Possible Jeffery Garret he has the potential but has been injured.

You sound very ambitious. It's good to set high goals rather than low ones I guess. 16:20 shouldn't be hard at all for Kyle but the rest of yall have more than a few seconds to drop; anything is possible. I wouldn't slack off any!!

It's amazing to me that the team that finished 5th in the state meet and lost only one runner to graduation isn't even ranked. Our region performed better than any other last year, and we're overlooked once again. That's okay though. Guys better be ready to run is all I can say.

We will be by the first time we will race you which will probably be at the UTC invitational.

I'd put our region against any in the state. According to the rankings, neither of our teams would even qualify for state if we competed in the Knoxville area. We'll see. Good luck. I like the added motivation.

Also, that certainly wasn't meant as a jab at Bradley. If either of our teams should have made the rankings based on last year's returnees or performances, it should have been you guys. I just can't wait to race some of these teams. Good luck again. I can't wait to see you guys race. We'll run our region versus any other any day. I think we'd do pretty well.
