CC Race October 9

Anyone in the middle Tennessee area or Knoxville that has is aware of or hosting a race on October 9, please post. We would also be interested in a three or four way meet. All help is appreciated.

I think that course is a serious injury waiting to happen. Two weeks before region is not the time that I want my best hurt. I was very disappointed we weren't going to be able to run our best guys in any league meets, but that was the only day we could. We just won't run on that course.

Its definitely not an easy course- I wouldn't imagine any P.R.'s being set at Industrial, but a Great Challenge. Caleb loves to run it-great for goal setting! Its only a mile or so from our house so he is use to it. Sorry you guys won't be coming- but we'll see ya plenty of other places! Good Luck, and Stay Healthy!

Why are you disappointed? It is your choice to NOT run them isn't it? Or is this the Mcminn SUPER STRATEGY? I understand why you don't run them in certain races, but I DON"T understand why you act disappointed about it when it is your choice to do so.

I guess I didnt' make myself clear. We'd like to race you and everyone else on October 9th and win the division title AGAIN. I won't race the Bradley course because it's dangerous. Therefore, I'm disappointed that we won't win the league title. Yes, it's my choice where the team runs and who runs. I'm disappointed that the race is where it was last year. That was the only date our top seven will have free to race a league meet. Clear enough?

 

How did you folks do at the 5K this weekend? Or is that your SUPER STRATEGY to keep it secret?

well as far as who I am if you would look at my profile you would see a web site with all kinds of info but I will make it easy on you I am the assistant coach at Walker Valley High School

 

and as far as the race went I lost all the times when the battery went dead but I do have the order that everyone finished and it will be up on our summer programs web site soon

My only super strategy is to run a heck of alot better in our first real race Thursay. Ask how we do.
