Brentwood vs Centennial

A year ago, this game was considered an easy win for Brentwood...........and while they did squeak out the win, they did it with 29 seconds left, winning it 17-12.

 

 

Now that this game is back again, both teams have loads of talent. If anyone has anything to share, from predictions or just valid comments, please do so!

In all seriousness, I believe this SHOULD be a whale of a game. Too hard to really tell though. Centennial's decent and Brentwood's decent. With the game being at CHS, they certainly have a home-field advantage. Those fans there love their Cougar football.

 

I'm gonna wait a while to make my prediction though.

chskicker... tommy buchanon got hurt in the game.. i helped carry him to the rest of the team and he told me that he might of torn his acl... has this been clarified or anything.. but he looks doubtful for next week and he is a key runner in a wishbone offense

I'm a Bruin fan and I got on one of ours on this subject last year. Don't discuss an injury on these posts. Unless you are a medical professional, you are only speculating and don't know. If he got hurt, he'll undergo an MRI this week and you'll know soon enough.

Best wishes to him if he indeed is down for any length of time. Injuries are a part of the game-only the truly lucky teams can escape it damaging what your team could become. Looking forward to a good game between two region and neighborhood rivals. Should be a good crowd.

even with Buchanon hurt, Bates and Steele can still run the ball against Brentwood. Who is the backup?
