CAN ANYONE ELABORATE ON THIS J.V. GAME LAST (MONDAY) NIGHT? I HAVE NOTICED THE PERRY COUNTY FAITHFUL HAVE BEEN RAVING ABOUT THIS MATCH-UP, AND I AM JUST WONDERING HOW THE VIKINGS HANDLED THEMSELVES. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE SCORES/INFORMATION ON THIS GAME?

perry co and wayne co played in a jv game last night and will play again next monday night in perry co.

 

last night the score was wayne co 14 perry co 6.

 

we played a lot of young guys and it was a close game although it was not in a game like situation. it was more like a scrimmage with no kicking game used.

 

both teams played very well.

both teams also start key so and fr on varsity but it was still a rivalry waiting to be started. maybe by the time these guys are seniors the region will be worked out so we can play regular season varsity, but thats up to the t$$aa
