I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish everyone running tomorrow the best. I hope everyone runs their best and that no one gets injured. I truly admire any young person who participates in this sport. To make it to this level requires hard work and dedication and the very fact that you will be running in the state meet says something for you. A very special thank you to all the coaches who dedicate so much of their time and effort to these kids. I know coaches deal with all kinds of issues and receive very little reward, other than knowing they are truly making the difference in the life of a young person. Again, best of luck to all.
