I understand Eagleville is a host site. I'm just trying to understand the process of where schools get placed and why. Are you saying Eagleville as a school can't work the gates and the concession stands without sending their team up the road 10 miles to play at the Rockvale venue? Maybe they wouldn't have anyone to stay home and mind the store so to speak? I understand if 2 schools from the same region make the state tournament then they are drawn in opposite brackets per TSSAA rules. Just trying to understand the process to this blind draw. -
I agree with that I don’t think the field has anything to do with Eagleville being the favorite. I just think they have the best team. -

Same with Eisfelder from Providence not even getting a look in DII 1A. But to me the biggest head scratcher is Collins from Lookout Valley. He wasn't even voted the best pitcher or player on his own team, a team that lost like 20 baseball games. Mind blowing.
