let's all be really serious the best shooter in metro is darnell collins hands down. from what i heard, darnell is a couple of threes away from setting the school record.

we (ba) scrimmaged stratford on saturday and henry harris can shoot!! he was dribbling around the top of the key right before half time and with about 3 seconds to go, coach said "ok" and he just drained it like it was nothing.. he can shoot the lights out

I think in my own mind Nashville Christian has 3 of the better shooters in metro in their Senior PG, SF, and PF, although the latter 2 are like 2 guards in most places. Don't take my word for it, come watch 'em. lol

Look out for Marshall Bryan from Hillsboro. He didnt play last year but the kid has a great stroke. Best shooter in the city.

I agree with you Spacecoaster, Marshall Bryan probably has the purest stroke in Metro if not the state, but i think the Mustangs from Lipscomb got a few shooters, dont they? Trey Hopson from Hume-Fogg and Johnny Lee from MLK can both fill it up too.

The ones that will shock everyone will be Cruthcher from Hunter's Lane and Fussell from Whites Creek. I see both of these players doing something big this year for both of their teams. Just wait and see.

I guess I am "old school all the way"but I am concerned with DEFENSE! A good shooter can be defensed, believe me. I like good shooters but can they play D? Most do not want to; what is the problem? I like several good shooters but they also, play defense. Is it a lost art, to play defense too? Michael Jordan did.

Jerimiah Crutcher is a great shooter. I witnessed it first hand in summer league.

Alex Renfro is a good player but I wouldn't call him a shooter. No disrespect to him b/c hes very good.
